I ordered from Matco Tools and the shipping took a little longer than I expected. It wasn’t awful or anything, just not as quick as I was hoping. That said, everything showed up in good condition, so I can’t really complain too much. Overall, I’d say it was an okay experience, but I’d order with the expectation that it might take a bit.

I’ve bought a few things from Matco, and the quality has been solid overall. I can’t really complain much about how the tools hold up. That said, it feels like everything from the bigger tool brands is always way more expensive than it needs to be, and Matco is kind of the same way. The website is simple enough to get around, so no issues there, but I do wish they had better deals. Overall, it’s fine. Not terrible, not amazing, just one of those brands where you’re mostly paying extra for the name

I bought these sockets and I’ve been really happy with the quality. They feel sturdy, fit well, and have held up through a few jobs already. Small win for me: I finally got a stubborn bolt loose without rounding it off, so these definitely earned a spot in my toolbox.

They has a decent selection of tools, and I found a few things I needed. But some items was either missing or just hard to track down, which made the shopping a little frustrating

I had to return something I ordered from Matco Tools and honestly... I was a little worried the refund was going to take forever. But it actually went through faster than I expected. The money was back in my account within a few days, and I didn’t have to keep following up or send a bunch of long emails. Simple, fair experience overall.

I figured if the ratchet felt solid, the whole set would probably hold up about the same, but that wasn’t really the case. The ratchet itself did okay, no major complaints there, but the sockets started wearing down faster than I expected. For light use it’s probably fine, but I wouldn’t assume the whole kit is as durable as the ratchet.

Overall, super smooth order and I’d definitely buy from them again.

I used Matco Tools to check out financing for a few bigger tools for the shop, it made things a lot easier. The options were straightforward, and I didn’t have to, well, it was just nice not having to pay for everything all at once. I’m giving it 4 stars only because the approval and info took a bit longer than I expected. But it all worked out in the end, and the payments are manageable

I like that the Matco truck comes by our shop. It’s one of those things where I’ll be in the middle of a job thinking, “Man, I really need to grab that,” and then it’s nice not having to leave work to get it. Sometimes the timing doesn’t line up great, or I end up missing the truck completely, which is a little annoying. But overall, it’s a convenient setup, especially when you’re busy and don’t have time to run around looking for tools.

I hopped on Matco Tools to look up a few tools and compare prices, the site is straightforward. I didn’t feel like I was clicking in circles or trying to solve a puzzle just to find basic stuff, which is always a plus.

The product pages were actually helpful too. Good pictures, solid info, and enough details that I didn’t have to go hunting all over the internet to figure out what I was looking at. Checkout was also painless, which I appreciate because some sites make that part weirdly complicated for no reason.

My only gripe is that a few pages were slow to load on my phone, and yeah, it wasn’t the end of the world, but come on. When I’m just trying to check a tool or price real quick, sitting there waiting on a page to catch up gets annoying fast. Still a good site overall, just needs to speed things up a bit.

I tried to return a tool the whole process just wore me out. I kept getting bounced from one step to another, replies were slow, and the instructions were confusing. I’m still waiting for it to get sorted, and at this point I’m just mentally drained. I don’t think I’ll be buying from here again.

I’ve bought Matco tools here and there over the years, they’re usually solid. I’ve had a few that felt totally worth the money and held up great. But then there are other times where I’ll look at the price and think, “Yeah… that feels a little high for what it is,” especially when I’ve used similar tools that cost less. I still buy from them occasionally, but I’ve learned to compare first instead of just grabbing something off the truck. Overall, they’re good tools, just not always the best deal.
